Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 12/20/13 DETAILS: I contacted Alvin & he indicated that John is no longer the operator. I let him know that Ill update the contact information. I let Alvin know about the total coliform positive sample from 12/20/13. I let him know to take a sample at all active wells. He indicated that wells #2 & 3 were in use but #1 (src-AA) was not in use. I also let him know to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He indicated the samples would be taken right away. I reminded the operator to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & update contact information.
