| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey F/U DETAILS: I spoke with the water operator about needing to submit a corrective action plan or the completed coliform sampling plan, an emergency response plan, and an operation and maintenance plan to correct the water system survey violations reported to him on 12/13/2013. I reminded him that we are past the corrective action plan deadline. I sent him the coliform sampling plan template by e-mail. I will follow-up next month to remind him and provide him with resources if needed. ACTION NEEDED: Correct water system survey violations. | ||
