| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly SWTR showed that they did not meet CT on Feb 28,2014 DETAILS: I spoke with Diana- they ahd a problem with there Chlorine meter which has been fixed. I told her that she needed to complete a Public Notice and sent her the template. She will complete it and email the notice back to me tomorrow. I also sent her the excel SWTR reporting form. Theie is new contact information that will be entered in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Send the PN to DMCE. | ||
