| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up on 3/12 TC + routine sample DETAILS: Upon request from DWS Pendleton Staff, I spoke with Martin on 3/14, 3/17, and 3/18. On 3/18 he indicated he had received the sample bottles from Box R lab and taken the four required follow up samples and returned the samples to the lab. He took three in the distribution system (one at the same location that had returned total coliform positive from 3/12) and one as close to the well as possible. The well is located in a vault so sampling at the well itself is not possible. ACTION NEEDED: I indicated I would contact him for the next steps upon receipt of the repeat and source sample results. DWS to continue to offer support. | ||
