| Details: | I received the Level 1 investigation assigned to this system via email. This investigation was reviewed and forwarded to Drinking Water Compliance. I contacted the system to discuss the findings of the investigation including construction, damage to distribution and power outage, that could have lead to contamination of the system seen in testing. I forwarded the Drinking Water technical bulletin discussing well disinfection. | ||
