| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer Complaint DETAILS: Received a call from Mrs. Hunter regarding damage to her home and property on as a result of a broken city water main last Thanksgiving up the hill from their house. The main break was repaired by the city. Spoke with the City Public Works Director, who was familiar with the situation and said the Citys insurance company was dealing with the issue. ACTION NEEDED: City to respond. | ||
