| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC status, and need to post public notice for 24 failure to maintain 4 log disinfection. And failure to take February 2014 AS sample. DETAILS: The sample marked "RT" and site "WELL" should have been marked "AS" because it was a source sample to meet monthly source sampling requirements. Need to post public notice whenever you miss a day of chlorine residual monitoring or it falls below 0.5 ppm required to maintain 4-log disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Post and distribute public notice. Send copy of public notice to the State water program. I will correct the sample to reflect that it was a source sample. Do not let chlorine residual fall below 0.5 ppm and do not miss any days of chlorine testing/recording on monthly chlorine residual log. | ||
