| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator concerning non-reporting in Feb., incorrect label. DETAILS: The water system was experiencing major disruption of service in Feb. I personally transported a water sample to The Dalles Water Testing Lab for the water system and Table Rock in Pendleton tested many more samples. I called the operator to follow up with the lab in order to get credit for February bacteriological samples. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
