| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation #3398012 DETAILS: The system operator called to ask about the notice of violation he received in the mail. I let him know that they missed the 4th quarter 2013 routine quarterly coliform sample. The already have sampled for the 1st quarter 2014 sample on 1-8-13 & reported results on 1-15-14. I let him know to check with the lab if a 4th quarter sample was taken to have results sent in to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Violation will auto-RTC | ||
