Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of violation #903468811 DETAILS: I called the operator & left a message to notify her that the system did not submit a NO3 sample for 2013. I let her know to be sure to have a NO3 sample taken as soon as the season starts to resolve the violation. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & Return To Compliance
