Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of violation # 903173110 & 903173109 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the system lacks a source sample. The system does not chlorinate any longer but didnt take source samples the two previous years. The operator said he would be sure to take a source sample with the next routine sample. I told him that would be fine. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & Return To Compliance
