| Details: | SUMMARY: investigation of violation # 901776023 DETAILS: Operator contacted me about the violations notice that they received. I let him know that a source sample was not taken after the coliform detection on 12-2-13. I also let him know that the repeats were not taken. At this point they could take a source sample to Return To Compliance the source violation. Two months of regular sampling without a total coliform will resolve the repeat violation. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC | ||
