| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigaton of violation #3509910 DETAILS: Rhonda called this office to follow up on the notice of violation they received. The system had received a reduction from 3 to 9 year SOC monitoring. The reduction came with three exceptions. ATRAZINE, CARBOFURAN ,DINOSEB would remain on a 3 year schedule. These three are the chems listed on the violation. I let Rhonda know that these three SOCs will need to be sampled. She said they would schedule with the lab right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & Return To Compliance when sampling is completed | ||
