| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of Violation # 880413 & 880411 DETAILS: The operator called about the violation notice they received. I let them know that all systems that chlorinate need to have a source sample. They need to take a source sample at the wellhead. Once the sample is received by DWS I can send in a RTC request for the two open violations. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC when source current sample are results reported to DWS | ||
