| Details: | SUMMARY: investigation of violation # 900001420, 900001419, 900001418, 900001417 DETAILS: I contacted the owner/operator to find out if he has been sampling for routine total coliform because the State has not received recent samples. He said that he has not in awhile. I let him know to sample right away or it could impact the restaurant license. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC. If system fails to sample I will coordinate with inspector for enforcement through restaurant inspection. | ||
