| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC follow up for lead & copper excursions DETAILS: I contacted the operator about the system score status. I checked in the operator to find out how the corrosion control system was working & the onsite manager is maintaining the soda ash feeders at each entry point. The operator indicated that the system was working very well. I reminded the operator that they were a PNC with a system score of 11. I let him know that they need to have below 8 excursions for the rest of this 6 month cycle (Jan-June, 2014). If this period has no more than 8 excursions the previous treatment technique violations can be RTCd. These violations are not auto-RTC so I will request the RTCd in July if possible. This is the plan to resolve the PNC. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further pH reading & RTC violation when possible to resolve the PNC | ||
