| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation #903148415 DETAILS: Operator called to ask about the SOC violation. The operator indicated that they sampled & reported the results to DWP back in 2012. The violation was for missing 7 SOCs. ALACHLOR (LASSO) ATRAZINE BENZO (A) PYRENE DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) - PHTHALATE HEXACHLOROBENZENE HEXACHLOROCYCLOPENTADIENE SIMAZINE The operator sent results to the office. I contacted the State to verify if they received the sample results on 10-3-12. The sample results for DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) ADIPATE from the sample batch 20913021. Pete will follow up with DMCE with the other samples from this sample batch was not entered into the database. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with DWP about resolving the violation. | ||
