| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation # 903521833 DETAILS: System operator called to find out about the violation that the system received. I let him know that the system needed a nitrate sample. The system did not submit a nitrate sample for 2013. He said that they would take a sample with the next coliform sample. I let him know that would be fine. ACTION NEEDED: monitor & RTC | ||
