| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on Membrane plant construction DETAILS: I spoke with Silas and they are progressing well on the construction of the membrane plant for Bear Creek. They plan still plan on completing construction in April, 2014. Silas has requested a modification of the Plan Review to allow replacement of the fill line between the pump house and the reservoir. The longer and bigger line (from a 2 inch line to a 24 inch line) will help them meet CT requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Bear Creek (Hiland Water) needs to submit plans for their pipeline proposal. | ||
