Details:	02.02.21 - all significant deficiencies corrected. PWS operator reported correcting all the significant deficiencies noted in the survey conducted on 09.30.20. Specifically: an ERP compleated, a screen for the well vent installed, and verification of the storage tank drainpipe cover. Operator provided pictures of corrective actions via email. pictures saved in the electronic file.
