| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC positive DETAILS: Bill called to report that a routine sample collected yesterday (Tuesday 3/25/14) from sample station #52 came back positive for total coliform (absent E. coli). Total chlorine residual at the time was 1.9 ppm. Three repeats will be collected today (upstream, downstream, and the original site). The Grabhorn well was not running at the time so no triggered source water sample needed. There was no suspected possible cause for the positive although it was noted that it was raining heavily at the time of sample collection. ACTION NEEDED: Will wait for results of repeat samples Thursday 3/27/14 and respond accordingly. UPDATE: Bill reported thursday morning 3/27/14 that all repeats negative. No further action required. | ||
