| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to TC+ distribution sample DETAILS: Scott Kruger had asked me to respond to alerts that came in for Benton County systems for a couple days. Yesterday when the alert came in, I phoned Debbie Cassidy and left a message suggesting a reasonable course of action. Because the single TC+ sample was taken as 1 of 5 temporary routines on 3/25/14, it did not make much sense to have her now take repeat samples upstream & downstream, because that is exactly what they were doing the day of the temporary routine sampling. Instead, I suggested that she take a repeat sample from the same spot that tested positive, and then a sample from each source that was in use on 3/25/14 (to comply with the Groundwater Rule). Debbie returned the call this morning and said she would be pursuing that course of action. She understood that she will now need to take 5 temporary routines next month as well. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of resampling. | ||
