| Details: | SUMMARY: Met with operator to discuss future of system DETAILS: Mikel is the new Public Works director for Hood River County and new operator. System has not operated since 2011. Mikel is considering physically removing the water system piping and recreation infrastructure at the park because of the potential costs of retrofitting the system and other park infrastructure to meet minimum operating requirements. Hood river county Health Department advised Mikel of the improvements that would need to be achieved in order to provide safe drinking water to the park. ACTION NEEDED: None.
