| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample Ecoli positive and coliform positive DETAILS: Received call from state and email alert on 3/21. Scott Curry contacted system on 3/21 and left voicemail. I contacted system 3/24 and again left voice mail regarding next steps. System did not return any calls on 3/21 or 3/24. I drove to system on 3/25 and made physical contact with owner and explained situation, she had already submitted one sample an was in the process of submitting four more samples. I again reiterated one sample had to be a raw sample from well. 3/26 received news that all repeat samples came back clean, hence not Ecoli boil advisory was necessary. On 3/27 I made physical contact with system to inquire about sampling location point of triggered sample. Triggered sample was taken on 3/27 and submitted on 3/28. Triggered sample also came back clean and hence appears no Ecoli. System will take 5 more routine samples in April 2014 but at this time no further action is required as there is not any health issues from the water at this time. Uncertain why original test came back bad. ACTION NEEDED: System will take 5 more routine samples in April 2014 | ||
