| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli positive routine - repeats needed DETAILS: Pete voicemailed the water system, as did Waterlab Corp. Waterlab also notified Greg DeBlase of Marion Co. who may have reached out to the water system. Pete couldnt find any more contact info for the water system from the lab or from Greg (vm). Explict instructions were given in voicemails, though the after-hours PH phone duty number was not left. Pete left another vm on Monday morning (4.7.14). ACTION NEEDED: Water system needs to take repeats, asap. |
