Details:	SFWB saw up to 300 NTU raw water turbidity on January 13th, and was not able to feed a high enough alum concentration to keep the pH above the 7.5 minimum for this day. The pH was 7.4 and returned to 7.5 the next day, as the plant was able to keep up with treating varying raw water quality due to heavy storm conditions in the river. The City is putting in new chemical feed equipment to help feed soda ash at desired levels to keep up with unusually high turbidity. No violation as SFWB has only seen 1 excursion.
