| Details: | SUMMARY: Raw water test taken on 4-7-14 was TC+ & e. coli positive DETAILS: Operator called to inform us of the raw water results. Finished water from that site was taken at the same time and it was clear of coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: I asked the operator to take 5 confirmation samples from the raw water tap as soon as possible. Wylesha said she would take them today. | ||
