| Details: | SUMMARY: LARRY MATHEWS DETAILS: I spoke with Larry Mathews about the missing chemical monitoring. Monitoring for IOC, SOC, VOC, Nitrate, and Nitrite was done on 2/5/14 and has been received at DWS. The associated violations should auto-RTC. The WS also has several violations for not reporting quarterly Gross Alpha samples. 4 rounds have in fact been completed but the 2rd round sampled on 4-30-13 was mislabed with the wrong entry point (EP-A). Larry informed be all of the RAD monitoring was taken from the same entry point (EP-B). I asked Larry to send me a written statement to get the samples EP changed and RTC the violations. ACTION NEEDED: Adjust Gross Alpha monitoring schedule. | ||
