| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: Spoke with operator requesting an update of corrective actions taken on system since we last spoke. Mr. Maurer indicated that he had cleaned out the reservoirs and chlorinated tanks and distribution lines in January. He also rearranged the configuration of the reservoirs, filters and UV to optimize performance, and this has reduced fouling of the UV lamp. This work was done in late December and early January. They flushed system thoroughly and waited a few weeks before taking their first quarter sample, which was good. ACTION NEEDED: will request RTC on all violations | ||
