| Details: | SUMMARY: continuing TC problems, PNC DETAILS: 10/4/13Met with Tammy M in our office about possible fixes to their system. They will post a Tier 2 that I drafted for them. They have been experiencing problems with their UV system fouling due to high iron content. They change out the bulbs and clean the sleeve regularly. We discussed: adding on additional filtration, reconfiguring so that UV comes last, using the storage tanks for settling, and cleaning out and sanitizing the tanks. We also discussed taking a special (non-regulatory) sample before submitting their next quarterly. She agreed to make fixes and take their next quarterly before the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: confirm they posted, then request RTC -- Chuck Michael says the other violations RTC when they get a clean round of quarterlies in on time | ||
