| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency F/U DETAILS: I sent an email to Theron 4/7/14 letting him know he still had two uncorrected deficiencies from the survey done on 2/23/12. I explained if I didnt hear back by this week, I would be sending him out a letter that refers to enforcement. Theron called be back today to discuss. He needs an Ordinance and to send in his waiver from construction standards. I also noticed he hadnt sent in his ASR since 2011 so I informed him of that as well. We discussed what needed to be done on both the Ordinance and the ASR. He said he would work on them this week. He said the waiver looked fine and asked that I send it in. I sent it to Shawn Stevenson today. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
