| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow up DETAILS: Site visit with Eric Chamberlain to assess the completion of the 2012 survey deficiency corrections. The system has had a change in onsite management with the previous manager leaving on bad terms and destroyed much of the drinking water information.Status:- ER Plan completed, operator proof not submitted to DWS yet.- New onsite manager for the system Susan Hart to take the SWS course on line. Protocols for under certified operator in place.- Coliform sample plan needs to be recreated ACTION NEEDED: Maureen to email Eric the ER Plan proof document for him to send to the state. Completed 2/13/14Maureen to email Susan the website for the SWS course. Completed 2/13/14.Eric to complete the Coliform Sample plan within 1 week. | ||
