| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform DETAILS: I called on 10-29-13 and talked to Chris Norton, state manager. Mr. Norton was made aware of the volitive sample 10-28-13 by Suklhjit, store owner. Mr. Toor was in contact with his water lab to take the 4 repeat samples including a raw source sample as soon as possible. I reminded him to take 5 routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in November. | ||
