| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform and Ecoli 11/22/13 DETAILS: The system was not answering the phone so discussed with Sarah Schwab, who called Terry hill for approval to visit the store on overtime hours. I went out on Saturday and discovered that Gerry was there with the new owners which have not officially taken ownership. I discussed the survey, the requirements and plan review for the chlorination system. I issued a Cease and Desist for food service and allowed bottle water, boiled water or chlorine treated water for use. I will wait for test results on Ecoli and follow-up with boil water notice and plan approval. ACTION NEEDED: The new owners committed to call James Nusrall a on the chlorination system for approval and questions. A new pump was being purchased with NSF chlorine | ||
