| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Phone contact with operator, Chad Caudle, 11/20/13 and provided information on the small water operator class and where to send the firms coliform and lead and copper tests to the state that have already been taken. I also reminded him to take SOC, VOC and nitrate tests before the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: Submit water tests for quarterly coliform and initial nitrate, lead and copper, VOC and SOC. Fir also need an operator to take the small water system class. | ||
