| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: spoke with Jeff, system operator about the positive e coliform from 11/19/13. Jeff agreed to take 5 additional samples tomorrow as repeats, then 5 additional samples in one month 12/21/13 labeled as routines. We will evaluate next steps based on the results of these tests. Also discussed why two coliform samples were taken when only one is required. Mr. Roth stated the lab told him swivel faucets can act as entry points for bacteria so he elected to also test on of the swivel faucets. I explained he can continue to test the faucet if he elects to but it is no required. We also discussed proper collection techniques to prevent sample contamination during handling ACTION NEEDED: Four repeats now and five repeats around Dec. 21, 2013 | ||
