| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate detection DETAILS: Sample collected 12/11/13 had a detection level of 6.49000000 for nitrate. Shane Reaney was contacted 12/30/13 and the results were reviewed. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2010 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally so annual testing for nitrate can continue. ACTION NEEDED: Repair/replace treatment system resample and verify nitrate below MCL. | ||
