| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Annual nitrate result received on 12/2/13 exceeded the MCL. A repeat result received 12/4/13 also exceeded the MCL. I emailed a public nitrate notice to Han on 12/5/13. Mr. Kim agreed to fill out and post the notice. Mr. Kim will be investigating the treatment system and will call me with an update. ACTION NEEDED: Determine reason for high nitrate, take corrective action, resample and verify nitrate below MCL | ||
