| Details: | SUMMARY: Help with Public Notice DETAILS: Ms. Park received the well disinfection instructions by email and she shocked the well on Saturday, 1/25 and the water is continuing to not be used for soda and ice at this time. An in-field contact was made to assist the operator with creating public notice. She posted it at the soda fountain that also has a large sigh that it is "Out of Order" ACTION NEEDED: Firm posted public notice and it was emailed to the state. Firm will take 5 routine samples in February. | ||
