| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Jim is the new contact for the system. Updated contact information was put into the database. Went over positive result. Two samples were collected that day. Went over repeat sample requirement and raw source sample. Samples are to be taken on 4/23. ACTION NEEDED: System is to take one source sample and 4 repeat samples. In May - take 5 routine samples. If samples are absent for bacteria, system will be back on quarterly monitoring. Further action will be based on results. | ||
