| Details: | SUMMARY: Public Notice for High Turbidity DETAILS: Provided the template for Public Notice and reviewed it for Depoe Bay. They had a coagulant pump fail and had several reading s over 0.3 NTUs. Most of the high NTU water was retreated but that was not documented so a Public Notice was provided. A backup pump is now available and the Operations manual will be updated to improve identification and correction of a similar problem. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
