Details: SUMMARY: Jeff reported that they had an operational problem on Sunday. DETAILS: lebanon had the drive loader fail on the upflow clarifier 4/20/14. It will be repalced 4/21/14. There were no turbidity exceedences. ACTION NEEDED: None.
