| Details: | SUMMARY: Well run dry - use of portable storage tank DETAILS: Last summer the well was not producing much if any water. They are looking into possibly using a portable 1500 gallon food grade tank that would be filled at Linn Co Pks - Sunnyside #91715. Sunnyside uses chlorine. Brian will be discussing further with the forest service. It doesnt look like they want to spend the money to drill a new well or deepen the current well at this time. This CG isnt heavily used and is mostly used for group rentals. They may end up just using the tank for this summer and then going to dry camping. Brian will keep me updated. I informed Brian they would be required to still take coliform samples of the water in the tank at Fernview. I sent him the water hauling guidelines as well. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
