| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency follow-up for water system survey on 6/24/13 DETAILS: 1. Free chlorine residual not maintained throughout system. Waiting for circuit rider as of 9/3/13. Circuit rider came out 9/6/13 and letter to city of Newberg sent 9/9/13. As of 4/21/14, Ron needs another 2 weeks to determine what will be done. 2. No O&M. Completed 9/3/13.3. No CCR. Completed 9/3/13.4. Not testing 2x weekly for residual. Completed 9/3/13. ACTION NEEDED: Everything completed 9/3/13 except for maintaining a residual. Waiting for Ron to respond May 5th. | ||
