| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies corrected DETAILS: The well slab has been replaced and slopes away from casing, no longer below grade - 4-14-2014-- Well casing, cap, vent, pressure relief valve and piping and sample taps have all been replace. Well terminates 15" above slab. Process of plan reviewing addition of carbon filter and holding tanks has been initiated with the State Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: Raw water sample tap is to be raised, it is too close to floor. Pictures are to be sent when completed. | ||
