| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up to survey DETAILS: The following items on the water system have been corrected: A construction waiver request has been sent to DWS for well located in room 116 for being situated in the floor of the room and within 50 feet of gravity sewer lines-- Emergency response plan has been completed and reviewed-- Chlorine injector has been repaired and is now operational-- Well #2 has had cement- filled pipe barriers placed around it to protect it from being hit-- Chlorine residual is now tested twice a week and recorded, as well as tank dosage, dpd kit purchased and used ACTION NEEDED: Item number three from survey - still need to tighten nut and repair conduit for electric on pitless adapter | ||
