| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Stopped by and spoke with Mr. Sellars regarding failure of all of the 4 repeat water samples. Discussed strategies to address the issue and take sample to ensure the well is fee of coliform bacteria. Mr. Sellars stated he would shock chlorinate and if further issues warrant it he would install uv treatment. Left information for plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Action will be predicated on the direction the system takes with regards to treatment. | ||
