Details:	SUMMARY: Inventory Change Request. DETAILS: This system is in the process of drilling another well due to the continuing problems with WASC3562 well. This well discolors seasonally and well has had E. coli issues. During the new well process, information was given that the system has 7 employees or less most of the year: therefore the system does not meet the requirements of a Public Water System and does not need to have a plan review done on its new well construction. I spoke with Josh and let him know that I would request that the water system be Inactivated in the State database. I did encourage him to have the well driller meet all setbacks from hazards and to meet construction standards of wells that are State regulated just in case the use of the well water was to change and the system be a Regulated system in the future. Summer usage goes up but the average daily is well below the 10 person minimum. ACTION NEEDED: Inactivate this well in the SIDWIS inventory. OR4105883 as of 4-25-14.
