Details: SUMMARY: Reminded operator of quarterly requirement of bacteriological testing. DETAILS: I both called and visited the site to remind the operator of the requirement for testing on a quarterly basis for bacteriologicals and yearly for Nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Operator was going to take those samples today and take them to the lab. This is an operation that has 2 caterers that use the kitchen and therefore testing is required. High nitrate well that has removal equipment on the source.
