| Details: | SUMMARY: 3 TR Positive for Dist for Mount Pisgah DETAILS: Spoke to Tom at Mount Pisgah, he said his assistant took the distribution samples in April while it was raining and he thinks the person did not flush the lines properly or protect the bottles properly while it was raining when the samples where collected.Tom is going to collect a source sample , then shock the system and collect the 5 TR in May. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 1 triggered source sample now and 5 TR in May. | ||
